Monday, June 28th - Just after midnight, Tarkington VFD was dispatched for a report of a tree and barbeque pit on fire on CR2224. TVFD responded with Unit 503, Engine 52 with Unit 502 and one firefighter, Booster 51 with one firefighter, and Tanker 51 with Unit 504.
At app. 14:05, Tarkington and North Liberty County fire departments were dispatched to FM787 at the Trinity River for a report of a MVA with entrapment. TVFD responded with Engine 52 with Unit 502 and Engine 51 with Unit 501 and three firefighters, but were disregarded prior to arrival.
Sunday, June 27th - At app. 13:20, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2291. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with Unit 506.
At app. 14:25, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to SH321 at Luce Bayou for a report of a several hay bales in the roadway. TVFD responded with Unit 503 and Booster 51 with Unit 501 and Unit 506.
At app. 14:40, TVFD was dispatched to CR 2285 for a report of a residential smoke alarm. TVFD responded with Unit 503 and Booster 51 with Unit 501 and Unit 506.
Thursday, June 24th - At app. 13:15, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2184. TVFD responded with Unit 502 and Squad 51 with Unit 506 and Unit 504.
At app. 18:50, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2800. TVFD responded with Unit 503.
Wednesday, June 23rd - At app. 12:15, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR308. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with Unit 506 to find a male struck in the head by a log. His injuries were so severe that he was flown by helicopter to a Houston-area trauma center from a LZ set up on SH321 at CR308 by Engine 51 with Unit 502 and Squad 51.
Tuesday, June 22nd - At app. 15:10, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to CR2224 for a report of a MVA involving a 18-wheeler and a powerline. TVFD responded with Unit 502, but was unable to locate any MVA. He did locate a downed abandoned cable TV line on CR2224 at CR2231.
At app. 22:20, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2313. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with Unit 502, Unit 503, and one firefighter.
Monday, June 21st - At app. 15:20, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to FM1008. TVFD responded with Unit 502.
At app. 17:30, TVFD was dispatched to FM787 at CR2173 for a report of a brush fire. TVFD responded with Engine 52 with Unit 502.
At app. 18:30, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2224. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with Unit 506 and Unit 504.

At app. 20:40, TVFD was dispatched to CR2184 for a report of a brush fire. TVFD responded with Unit 514, Engine 52 with Unit 502 and one firefighter, Booster 51 with Unit 506, Unit 504, and one firefighter, and Tanker 57 with Unit 503 and one firefighter to find the fire was a controlled burn.

Saturday, June 19th - At app. 14:05, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to FM787 at CR2173 for a report of a brush fire. TVFD responded with Booster 51 with Unit 502, Unit 504, and one firefighter and Tanker 51 with Unit 505 to find app. 1/2-acre on fire, threatening an abandoned mobile home.

Friday, June 4th - At app. 18:00, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2268. TVFD responded with Unit 515 andSquad 51 with Unit 502, where they found one patient on the front porch and one in the kitchen. Suspecting a possible gas leak or other hazardous condition, they then had Tarkington and Cleveland fire departments dispatched to search the house and to check it with a gas meter. TVFD then responded with Engine 51 with Unit 504, Unit 505, and two firefighters.
Wednesday, June 2nd - At app. 19:20, Tarkington VFD was dispatched for a report of a large, unattended fire on CR2184. TVFD responded with Engine 52 with Unit 502 and three firefighters and Tanker 57 with Unit 501 and Unit 504.
