Thursday, September 30th - At app. 18:30, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to CR2322 for a report of a fully-involved single-wide mobile home. TVFD responded with Unit 503, Engine 51 with Unit 504 and two firefighters and Tanker 51 with Unit 502 and one firefighter to find the home with heavy fire showing throughout the structure. Mutual aid was requested from Kenefick, HWY321, and Cleveland fire departments. The Liberty County Fire Marshal was called to investigate.

Wednesday, September 29th - At app. 13:20, Tarkington and Cleveland fire departments were dispatched to a report of a MVA with entrapment on SH321 on CR2243. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 502 and one firefighter and Booster 51 with one firefighter to find two vehicles involved, with the driver of one vehicle still trapped inside. TVFD had to use the vehicle extrication tools to cut the driver from the vehicle. He and his passenger were flown by helicopter to a Houston-area trauma center.


At app. 15:25, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a vehicle fire on SH321 app. three miles south of FM1008. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 502 and two firefighters and Tanker 51 with Unit 506 to find a Chevy pickup fully involved with the fire spreading into the nearby woods.
At app. 23:15, TVFD was dispatched back to the location of the vehicle fire for a report that the forest fire ignited by the burning vehicle had flared up. TVFD responded with Booster 51 with Unit 502.
Tuesday, September 28th - At app. 9:25, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2218 for a report of a pregnant female in pain after having been involved in a MVA. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with Unit 506. TVFD then responded to the accident scene on CR2212.

Monday, September 27th - At app. 20:45, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a brush fire on CR2252. TVFD responded with Unit 501, Unit 502, Booster 51 with two firefighters, and Tanker 57 with two firefighters. Mutual aid was requested from Cypress Lakes VFD, bringing Booster 821.
Sunday, September 26th - At app. 15:50, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to a report of a MVA on CR2298 involving a motorcycle. TVFD responded with Unit 503, Unit 502, and Engine 51 with Unit 504 and two firefighters.
Saturday, September 25th - At app. 9:15, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR3141. TVFD responded with Unit 501.
At app. 11:30, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2284. TVFD responded with Unit 501 and Squad 51 with Unit 502.
Wednesday, September 22nd - At app. 8:40, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to CR3013 for a report of a propane leak. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 501 and Booster 51 with two firefighters. Mutual aid was requested from Cleveland Fire Department to bring equipment to assist in safely venting the excess propane.
At app. 11:05, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR3011 for a report of a male subjected that had been electrocuted. TVFD responded with Unit 501 and Booster 51 with Unit 506. The patients injuries were severe enough to require transport by helicopter, so a LZ was set up at the intersection of SH321 and FM1008.
Monday, September 20th - At app. 8:25, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR3141. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with one firefighter.
At app. 12:45, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2250. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with one firefighter.
At app. 13:35, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to Tarkington Intermediate School. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with Unit 502 and two firefighters.
At app. 14:25, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2226. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with two firefighters.

Saturday, September 11th - At app. 3:55, Tarkington and Cypress Lakes firefighters were dispatched to a report of a house fire on CR2254. TVFD responded with Unit 501, Engine 51 with Unit 504 and two firefighters, Engine 52 with Unit 502 and one firefighter, and Tanker 51 with one firefighter to find a single-story brick structure fully involved. Mutual aid was requested from Cleveland, Hardin, and Hull-Daisetta fire departments.

At app.5:40, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a MVA on SH105 near the intersection of FM2518. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with one firefighter.
At app. 21:25, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2181. TVFD responded with Unit 502.
Friday, September 10th - At app. 6:25, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to a report of a MVA on SH321 near CR306. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 504 and Squad 51 with two firefighters, but were unable to locate any accident.
