Tuesday, August 30th - At app. 10:11, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to a report of smoke in the area of CR2300. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 505 and one firefighter, but were unable to locate any fire.
Monday, August 29th - At app. 7:35, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a MVA on SH321 near CR306. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 502 and one firefighter and Squad 51 with Unit 501, but were disregarded prior to arrival.
Saturday, August 27th - At app. 14:15, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to mutual aid Cleveland VFD with a brush fire on FM2025. TVFD responded with Booster 51 with Unit 504 and two firefighters.
At app. 19:05, TVFD was dispatched to mutual aid Cleveland VFD with a structure fire on Pine Knob off of SH105. TVFD responded with Tanker 51 with Unit 504 and one firefighter and Tanker 57 with two firefighters, but were disregarded prior to arrival.
Wednesday, August 24th - At app. 18:35, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to SH105 and FM2518 for a report of a tree down. TVFD responded with Unit 501, Unit 504, and Booster 51 with two firefighters.
Tuesday, August 23rd - At app. 00:55, TVFD was dispatched to SH321 at CR315 for a report of a power line down. TVFD responded with Unit 503, Engine 51 with Unit 505 and two firefighters, and Squad 51 with two firefighters.
At app. 10:10, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to Tarkington High School. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with Unit 501 and one firefighter.
At app. 11:40, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a gasoline spill on SH321 near SH105. TVFD responded with Booster 51 with Unit 501 and one firefighter.
Monday, August 15th - At app. 22:40, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to FM787 to search for a possible gunshot victim. TVFD responded with Unit 501, Unit 502, Squad 51 with Unit 504 and one firefighter.
Sunday, August 14th - At app. 19:55, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2226. TVFD responded with Unit 501 and Unit 503.
Saturday, August 13th - At app. 21:05, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to mutual aid Needham Fire Department with a large fire at a mulch plant on SH242 near the San Jacinto River. TVFD responded with Tanker 51 with Unit 504 and one firefighter and Tanker 57 with two firefighters. TVFD's tankers shuttled water to the fire until app. 14:00 on Sunday.
Wednesday, August 10th - At app. 20:25, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2226. TVFD responded with Unit 502 and Squad 51 with Unit 504 and one firefighter.
Sunday, August 7th - At app. 8:50, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR2181 for a report of a male gored by a bull. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Unit 503, and Unit 505.
Saturday, August 6th - At app. 23:15, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a missing child on CR2800. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Unit 503, Engine 51 with Unit 504 and four firefighters, Squad 51 with five firefighters, and Booster 51 with three firefighters. Mutual aid was requested from Cypress Lakes, Cleveland, and HWY321 fire departments to bring manpower and thermal imaging cameras. The child was located at app. 23:00.
Friday, August 5th - At app. 2:15, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a fire alarm in a residence on FM2518. TVFD responded with Engine 52 with Unit 502 and Engine 51 with Unit 504 and two firefighters.
At app. 13:30, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a brush fire on CR2299. TVFD responded with Unit 501, Booster 51 with Unit 504 and one firefighter, and Tanker 57 with two firefighters.

At app. 16:30, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to CR308. TVFD responded with Unit 504 and Squad 51 with one firefighter.
Thursday, August 4th - At app. 14:30, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a vehicle fire on SH105 at FM2518. TVFD responded with Unit 501 and Engine 51 with three firefighters.
Wednesday, August 3rd - At app. 16:15, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to mutual aid Livingston VFD with a woods fire on SH146 just north of FM2665. TVFD responded with Unit 501, Booster 51 with Unit 502 and one firefighter, Tanker 51 with one firefighter, and Squad 51 with two firefighters. Eleven fire departments, along with three Texas Forest Service dozers and a helicopter, assisted on the call.

Monday, August 1st - At app. 21:20, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to mutual aid North Liberty County VFD with a fire at the lumber yard on SH146 just north of FM787. TVFD responded with Unit 503, Engine 52 with Unit 502, Tanker 51 with two firefighters, Tanker 57 with two firefighters.
