Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Tarkington Volunteer Fire Department Station 1 in Cleveland, Texas, 22353 HWY 321, Cleveland, Texas at 7:30PM. on Thursday, December 28, 2017, on the question of Revenue Lease-Purchase Agreement in an amount not to exceed $72,500, to be issued pursuant to applicable Texas law.

Proceeds from the sale of the Lease-Purchase Agreement will be used to acquire and refurbish a brush/high-water rescue unit and to pay costs associated with the issuance of the Lease-Purchase Agreement.

Any persons interested may appear at the public hearing at 7:30PM on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Tarkington Volunteer Fire Department Station 1 in Cleveland, Texas, 22353 HWY 321, Cleveland, Texas and be heard for or against, and suggestions will be heard and considered. This hearing is being held pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and the provisions of the Revenue Bond Act of 1987.
