Sunday, June 10th - At app. 18:15, TVFD was dispatched to a report of boaters trapped on the Trinity River near the SH105 bridge. TVFD responded with Booster 51 with two firefighters and Squad 51 with Unit 502 and Unit 503 towing the rescue boat, but were disregarded prior to going on location.
Friday, June 8th - At app. 5:15, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a MVA on FM787 app. one mile east of FM223. TVFD responded with Unit 512, Squad 51 with Unit 501 and Unit 504, Engine 51 with Unit 502 and two firefighters, Unit 593, and Booster 51 with two firefighters to find two vehicles involved with heavy damage and one deceased victim trapped in his vehicle. North Liberty County VFD was dispatched to assist. TVFD used the vehicle extrication tools to extricate the victim from his vehicle.

Thursday, June 7th - At app. 19:40, Tarkington First Responders were called to CR2247 for a 18-month old having seizures. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with two firefighters.
Wednesday, June 6th - At app. 15:00, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a MVA on FM787 in front of The Shade Grocery. TVFD responded with Unit 593, Engine 51 with Unit 502 and three firefighters, and Booster 51 with Unit 505 and one firefighter to find two vehicle involved in a "t-bone" collision with multiple injuries and one still trapped in their vehicle. Tarkington and North Liberty County firefighters worked to extricate the trapped victim and tend to the injured.
Tuesday, June 5th - At app. 21:30, TVFD was dispatched to a structure fire on CR2323. TVFD responded with Unit 501, Engine 51 with Unit 502, Unit 504, and three firefighters, Tanker 51 with two firefighters, and Unit 503 to find Kenefick VFD already on location and the fire out. TVFD assisted in checking for extension and with salvage and overhaul.
Monday, June 4th - At app. 20:40, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to a report of a large brush fire on CR2234. TVFD responded with Unit 593, Booster 51 with Unit 504 and two firefighters and Tanker 51 with two firefighters to find the call was a controlled burn.
Sunday, June 3rd - At app. 13:00, Cleveland and Tarkington Fire Departments were dispatched to a report of a MVA on SH321 and CR2247. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 502 and three firefighters, Engine 52 with three firefighters, and Squad 51 with Unit 504, diverting traffic at SH105 and at CR2243.
At app. 17:40, TVFD was dispatched to another MVA, this one on CR2212 app. 1 1/2 miles east of FM787. TVFD responded with Unit 593, Squad 51 with Unit 504, Engine 51 with Unit 502, Unit 503, Unit 506, and two firefighters, and Engine 52 with three firefighters to find a Jeep Cherokee in the ditch with the deceased driver trapped in the vehicle.

Friday, June 1st - At app. 14:40, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a gas leak on CR2247A that had filled a house full of gas. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 502 and three firefighters and Tanker 51 with Unit 501.
