Friday, January 25th - At app. 14:30, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a structure fire on CR304. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 505 and Unit 506.
At app. 19:25, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a gas leak on CR2201. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with two firefighters and Engine 52 with Unit 505.
Wednesday, January 23rd - At app. 10:55, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a MVA on CR2243 app. one mile north of SH321. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 501.
Monday, January 21st - At app. 14:40, TVFD was dispatched to brush fire on FM787 east of FM2518. TVFD responded with Booster 51 with Unit 508 and one firefighter and Engine 52 with two firefighters to find a controlled burn. Due to the burn ban, TVFD extinguished the fire.
While locating the first fire, TVFD came across another controlled burn and extinguished it also.
Sunday, January 20th - At app. 2:40, Tarkington Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to mutual aid Cleveland VFD with an apartment fire at Beach and Lamar. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 502 and three firefighters, Squad 51 with Unit 501 and two firefighters, and Booster 51 with two firefighters.
At app. 22:50, TVFD was dispatched to a mutual aid Cleveland VFD with a house fire on CR328N. TVFD responded with Tanker 51 with two firefighters, Unit 502 with one additional firefighter, Tanker 57 with two firefighters, and Unit 508.

Thursday, January 17th - At app. 10:00, Tarkington firefighters were called to assist Liberty Sheriff's deputies with traffic control on FM787 at CR2212. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with Unit 501 and Engine 52 with one firefighter.
Wednesday, January 16th - At app. 21:40, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a fire at the Valero station. TVFD responded with Unit 502 to find the fire was a trash fire. Since there was a burn ban in effect, Unit 502 requested Booster 51 with three firefighters to put out the fire.
Tuesday, January 15th - At app. 11:20, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a burn ban violation on CR2229. TVFD responded with Booster 51 with three firefighters.
At app. 15:10, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a shed fire on CR2268. TVFD responded with Unit 502 to find the fire was a trash fire. Since there was a burn ban in effect, Unit 502 requested Booster 51 with two firefighters to put out the fire.
Sunday, January 13th - At app. 18:20, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a brush fire on FM223 app. two miles north of FM787. TVFD responded with Engine 52 with Unit 505, Squad 51 with Unit 501, Booster 51 with three firefighters, Tanker 51 with two firefighters, and Tanker 57 with two firefighters. North Liberty County and Shepherd VFDs were called to assist.
Saturday, January 12th - At app. 17:35, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to CR2281 to a report of an electrical transformer that had been struck by lightning, sparking a brush fire. TVFD responded with Unit 593, Booster 51 with Unit 501 and one firefighter, and Squad 51 with Unit 502 and two firefighters.
Friday, January 11th - At app. 11:15, Tarkington VFD was dispatched back to the location of Thursday's fire on CR2270 for some hot spots that had flared up. TVFD responded with Booster 51 with two firefighters and Tanker 51 with Unit 501 and one firefighter.
At app. 14:10, TVFD was dispatched to report of a brush fire on FM163 near FM2518. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Booster 51 with two firefighters, Tanker 51 with Unit 506 and one firefighter, Squad 51 with Unit 501, and Tanker 57 with two firefighters to find app. two acres on fire threatening several structures.
At app. 20:40, TVFD was dispatched to mutual aid Cleveland VFD with a mobile home fire off of Pin Oak Road. TVFD responded with Unit 502 and Tanker 51 with Unit 506 and one firefighter.

Thursday, January 10th - At app. 6:45, Tarkington and Cleveland fire departments were dispatched to a report of a brush fire on FM787 just east of CR2212. TVFD responded with Booster 51 with one firefighter and Tanker 51 with two firefighters to find a controlled burn.
At app. 15:45, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a house fire on CR2270 at CR2271. Unit 502 arrived on location to find app. 1/4-acre of brush on fire which had either been ignited by or had spread to the house. Upon the arrival of Engine 51 with Unit 504, Unit 508, and one firefighter, entry was made into the home where no fire was discovered. Booster 51 with Unit 506 and one firefighter arrived shortly thereafter, followed by Tanker 51 with one firefighter, and began attacking the brush fire, preventing it from spreading to nearby homes but unable to stop it from spreading to the woods. Mutual aid was requested from Cleveland, Kenefick and HWY 321 fire departments, as well as a dozer from the Texas Forest Service, to contain the blaze.

Friday, January 4th - At app. 13:30, TVFD was dispatched to report of a propane smell in a home on CR2216. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 506 and four firefighters and Engine 52 with one firefighter.
At app. 13:55, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a brush fire on CR2252 at the entrance of Sam Houston Lake Estates. TVFD responded with Engine 51 with Unit 506 and four firefighters and Booster 51 with one firefighter to find app. 1/2-acre on fire.
Wednesday, January 2nd - At app. 20:45, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a propane smell in a manufactured home on CR301S. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with Unit 501 and Unit 502 and Engine 51 with two firefighters.
Tuesday, January 1st - At app. 14:35, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a brush fire on CR2298. TVFD responded with Booster 51 with two firefighters, Squad 51 with Unit 501 and one firefighter, Tanker 51 with Unit 502 and one firefighter, and Tanker 57 with two firefighters to find app. 1/4-acre on fire.
