Monday, August 1, 2005- At app. 13:30, Tarkington First Responders were called to a un-responsive infant on FM223 app. two miles north of FM787. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with three firefighters and Unit 503. City of Cleveland EMS responded and transported the patient.
Saturday, July 30th- At app. 0:30, Tarkington VFD was called to mutual aid North Liberty County VFD on a MVA on FM787 app. one mile east of the Trinity River Bridge. TVFD responded with Unit 502 and Engine 54 with five firefighters to find a Chevrolet Lumina had left the roadway and overturned in the ditch. TVFD and NLCVFD both worked to extricate the driver using the vehicle extrication tools. The patient was then transported by City of Cleveland EMS to a LZ setup by NLCVFD.

At app. 4:00, TVFD was called to mutual aid Cleveland VFD on a structure fire in the Trail's End community off of Fostoria Road. TVFD responded with Tanker 57 with two firefighters as other personnel were on stand-by at the station. Bear Creek and Shepherd VFDs also assisted on the fire.
