Friday, August 12, 2005- At app. 21:30, Tarkington First Responders were called to a report of a 81-year old female on CR2191 with possible broken ribs. TVFD responded with Unit 502.
Sunday, August 7th- At app. 10:30, TVFD was dispatched to set up a LZ at the intersection of SH321 and SH105. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Engine 54 with two firefighters, and Booster 55 with two firefighters.
At app. 2130, TVFD was dispatched to a reported structure fire on CR2252. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Engine 54 with five firefighters, and Tanker 57 with two firefighters, but were unable to locate the fire. Multiple attempts to contact the reportee were unsuccessful and there were no further reports from anyone else. Other roads in the area were checked to be on the safe side, but the only fire located was a power pole on fire on CR2252. Unit 502 stayed on location at the power pole until the arrival of SHECO.
At app. 23:30, Tarkington First Responders were called to a report of a 76-year old female fall victim on CR2181. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with two firefighters. Upon arrival of City of Cleveland EMS, the decision was made to transport the patient via air ambulance. TVFD was then dispatched to the the intersection of SH321 and SH105 to set up a LZ for PHI SkyMed helicopter. TVFD responded with Engine 54 with four firefighters and Booster 55 with one firefighter.
Saturday, August 6th- At app. 14:45, Tarkington First Responders were called to a report of 55-year old male having seizures on CR2224. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with three firefighters. Upon arrival of City of Cleveland EMS, the decision was made to transport the patient via air ambulance. TVFD was then dispatched to the Tarkington ISD practice field to set up a LZ for PHI SkyMed helicopter. TVFD responded with Engine 54 with two firefighters.
At app. 15:45, Tarkington first responders were called to a report of a 60-year old female having chest pains on CR2306. TVFD responded with Unit 502 and Rescue 51 with three firefighters.
Friday, August 5th- At app. 16:00, Tarkington First Responders were called to a report of a 60-year old male with chest pains on FM163. TVFD responded with Unit 501 and Rescue 51 with three firefighters.
Thursday, August 4th- At app. 13:00 TVFD responded to a MVA on SH321 just north of CR2248. TVFD responded with Unit 502 and Engine 54 with three firefighters. Cleveland VFD and City of Cleveland EMS also responded to the call.
Wednesday, August 3rd- At app. 9:45, Tarkington First Responders were called to a 73-year old female fall victim on CR2306. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with three firefighters.
At app. 16:00, Tarkington First Responders were called to a reported female assault victim on SH105 at the entrance to Cypress Lakes. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with four firefighters.
At app. 22:00, Tarkington First Responders were called to a report of a unconscious 40-year old female on Tree Monkey Road. TVFD responded with Unit 502 and Rescue 51 with two firefighters. Upon arrival of City of Cleveland EMS, the decision was made to transport the patient by helicopter, so TVFD was dispatched to set up a LZ for PHI SkyMed helicopter. TVFD responded with Engine 54 with three firefighters and set the LZ on FM787 @ FM223.
Tuesday, August 2nd- At app. 14:30, Tarkington First Responders were called to a 77-year old female with chest pains on SH321 near the Ranch Hand Cafe. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with two firefighters. City of Cleveland EMS responded and requested a LZ for PHI SkyMed helicopter. TVFD was dispatched for the LZ and responded with Engine 54 with three firefighters and set the LZ on SH321.

At app. 21:15, Tarkington First Responders were called to CR2306 for a possible stroke. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Rescue 51 with two firefighters, and Unit 501. City of Cleveland EMS responded and requested a LZ for PHI SkyMed helicopter. TVFD was dispatched for the LZ and responded with Engine 54 with four firefighters and set the LZ on SH105 at the entrance to Cypress Lakes.
